Most companies invest too little in training, cram it into too short a time slot, and expect too much from their expenditure.

At Strategic, we apply training over a period of months, this way the participants have an opportunity to practice, use the material, and as a result select behaviours that match the circumstance based on knowing what their options are.

Generating change through leadership requires commitment and support.

To that end, we either insist that the key management join any development efforts, or, keep them informed as to how the training is going, and how they can help the process.

Although people may learn information that they are then to convey to others in a classroom setting, it is a stretch to believe that all trainers can deliver information in an efficient fashion.

Web based training that is voiced over, interactive, and self paced delivers much higher levels of knowledge retention.

Given the choice, especially when the topics are WHMIS, TDG, Back Safety, ... most people will select web based training.

The ability to repeat any screen as often as is required to not only understand, but to see how it effects them, helps even those who are recent arrivals to a country, pass tests related to the material.
