How is your company structured as it relates to communication? Do your leaders know what the concerns of their people are, in real terms? Do their direct reports understand what is expected, how they are being measured, and are presented with regular opportunities to communicate?
- Have you created a flat structure that encourages feedback, ideas, and debate? Or do you have dominent managers who dish out their solutions?
- How would your staff rate the level, quality and resultant actions from their communications?
